About Jaime Lee

Jaime’s passion for planning parties began, naturally enough, in New Orleans.  She was involved with planning fund raisers and social events for a variety of organizations, including Pi Beta Phi, the Krewe of Saturn, KID smART and The Stone Center for Latin American Studies.  During this time she also discovered a passion for travel.  Jaime spent the summer of 2002 in Havana, Cuba and she sailed around the world in the Spring of 2003.

In 2006 Jaime moved back to her home town of Dallas where she first worked in sales at D Magazine.  Then she accepted a position as Account Executive at United Marketing Communications where she planned marketing and promotional events across the country for Pizza Hut and other clients.  Jaime founded Jaime Lee Event Planning in June 2008.

Jaime is a Tulane University graduate, a Certified Wedding Planner and a member of the American Association of Certified Wedding Planners (AACWP).  She loves live music, cooking and dabbles in fine art.

Jaime Lee Events has access to the most current planning research, data and trends for weddings and events.  In addition Jaime Lee Events maintains a substantial library and current subscriptions to all major wedding and event planning publications.  Jaime Lee Events also uses web-based communication tools to collaborate with clients online (no more carrying around the dreaded “Wedding File.”  Jaime Lee balances work among weddings, corporate and charity events and private parties and celebrations.  She works out of her home office in Dallas with her beloved Yorkie, Toula, by her side.
